If you need a human anyway, call. If you want the numbers first, they are here.
How much does a plumber in London cost?
Plumbing visits start from £70 per hour in the daytime, with a one-hour minimum and 15-minute increments after that. There is no call-out fee, and we do not add parking or congestion charges.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. Plumber Central London does not charge a call-out fee. You pay for time on site, from a one-hour minimum.
Are you Gas Safe registered?
Yes. Every gas and heating engineer we send is Gas Safe registered. We handle boiler repair, installation, servicing and landlord gas safety certificates.
How quickly can you get to me?
We run a 24/7 emergency service across Greater London. Same-day and often same-visit attendance is the aim for leaks, no heating and unsafe gas issues.
What are your evening and overnight rates?
Plumbing is £90 per hour from 7pm to midnight and £150 per hour from midnight to 7am. Gas and heating is £130 per hour from 7pm to midnight and £150 overnight.
Can you issue a landlord gas safety certificate?
Yes. CP12 landlord gas safety certificates start from £50. We also cover commercial kitchens, catering premises and other property types.
Do you provide a quote before starting work?
Yes. The engineer explains the job and the likely cost before work begins. Materials are itemised on the invoice.
Which areas of London do you cover?
We cover Central, East, West, North and South London, including City, Westminster, Tower Hamlets, Hackney, Islington, Camden, Kensington, Southwark and surrounding boroughs.
Don't wait for a leak to get worse.
An engineer can usually talk you through the first five minutes on the phone, then attend.
